HR Management Practices and New Fiscal Regulations – Workshop

On June 17th, Yvon Russon, founder and CEO of SONG Co. Ltd, under the invitation of HR Working Group of CCI FRANCE CHINE Shanghai held a workshop on the topic “Impacts on your HR management practices of the new fiscal regulations (2019-2022)”.

The workshop was addressing the selected audience with highly though-after topics such as:

1) Impact of the cancellation of the tax advantages for foreigners in 2022

2) Domiciliation and Residency definition and application

3) Impact of the regulation on HR management in terms of retention and working ethics issue.

The presentation was completed by Jonathan CHAPON GM China of Abacare Group Limited who presented the impact on the insurance for companies and individuals.

A big thanks to the Shanghai HR Working Group Coordinators, Eric Tarchoune and Fabienne Cao, to all the participants of the event, also to Pascal CHEN and Alexandre Grangeat for the organization.

Participants showed great interest and had a vivid Q&A session for more specific questions.
